Absolutely, all our products are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and original. We are a proud online aouthorised and official stockist of Chopard and Porsche . And as for the other Brands we have partnered with an Authorised Brand Stockist who buys directly from the Brands . Hence all Luxorra Orders for all the brands that we stock come directly from Brand Manufacturers and are delivered to us the way they are delivered to Flagship Stores .
Where are you based and what inspired you to create Luxorra?

DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A BOX?
Indeed, all our watches arrive in their original packaging and include a Certificate of Authenticity and International Warranty Cards, precisely as they would if purchased from any high-end retailer. Our bags come with their dust bags, and our eyewear is delivered in original packaging, which includes either a soft or hard case and a cleaning cloth. This is exactly how they are presented in stores, as we receive them directly from the brand manufacturers.

Yes, all our items are brand new. We do not sell Pre-owned, Pre-loved, or Worn items. Our products are delivered directly from brand manufacturers and are guaranteed to be brand new.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 14-day return policy on all our products. This ample timeframe allows you to ensure your purchase meets your expectations. Please note that items cannot be returned if they have been used/worn or are not in their original packaging as sold. Please refer to our Refund Policy.
DO YOUR ITEMS COME WITH A GUARANTEE?
Yes, we offer a 2-year Luxorra Warranty on all our watches and Sunglasses. Our Warranty covers all issues relating to manufacturing defects and does not cover damages resulting from misuse or wear and tear. To avail yourself of this warranty, kindly reach out to us via email at

We kindly request that our esteemed customers provide a photograph of the defect by email, to facilitate a preliminary evaluation. Rest assured, we shall respond at the earliest opportunity to address your concern.
Upon receipt, our Warranty Department will undertake a thorough assessment, following which you will be informed via email regarding the resolution of your claim and the estimated timeframe for the return of the repaired or replacement product. Once the item is restored, it shall be dispatched to your residence with no additional expense incurred.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE 2-YEAR WARRANTY?
The warranty covers any issues related to the movement of watches or any manufacturer defects relating to frames and lenses. Terms and conditions apply.
DO YOU COVER WATER DAMAGE?
Water damage is generally not covered by the warranty unless it is due to a manufacturer defect. As a general rule, we highly recommend avoiding swimming or using the watch in the shower for any watches with a water resistance rating below 200M. As opposed to contrary belief, Watches with a 30M or 50M water resistance rating are not water-resistant; they are only splash-proof.
DO YOU STAMP THE INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY CARDS?
Brands no longer require sellers to stamp warranty cards. They only need to see a copy of your invoice, which can be digital or printed. Your Luxorra invoice entitles you to warranty repair services from any brand or luxury store selling the brands listed on your invoice. Each brand has its own warranty guidelines. For instance, Gucci will directly assist you throughout the entire process, while Michael Kors requires you to contact us, and we will liaise with them on your behalf. Luxury watch stores like Ernst Jones are also happy to assist with any issues, though their warranty period is only one year. If you encounter issues in the second year, they will not be able to assist you in which case you will have to contact the Brand or come to us and we will gladly handle any warranty related issues .
Do you offer opportunities to work with Luxorra ?
Indeed, we are delighted to offer bulk pricing to discerning parties interested in stocking any of the prestigious brands we carry. Please note that a minimum order quantity will apply to all wholesale purchases. Additionally, we extend an invitation to collaborate with us as Brand Ambassadors, where commission rates range from 7% to 20%. What are the benefits of being a Brand Representative?

This ensures you can purchase items before they are made available online. Additionally, you will receive advanced notice of upcoming sales.We operate a tiered system for our Brand Representatives. Upon reaching and maintaining the second tier, you will be entitled to a complimentary pair of eyewear every 6 months. This comes as a gesture of our appreciation for your continued partnership.
Do you sell parts for watches and eyewear?
We do not sell parts directly. However, we deeply value the trust our customers place in us. To ensure peace of mind, we are happy to source parts for our brand collections at 50% off the market prices once the Warranty Period has expired or if the issue is not covered under Warranty. This service is a privilege we extend to our customers, there might be instances where we might not be having the parts . Regardless, we are committed to guiding you in the right direction, leveraging our strong connections within the industry to assist you wherever possible.
Do you offer prescription glasses?
While we do not currently provide prescription glasses ourselves, we are in discussions with Specsavers, a renowned British multinational optical retail chain. This collaboration allows us to facilitate the creation of your glasses using just a digital prescription from you. Regardless of where you are located in the world, you can take advantage of Specsavers’ esteemed service and expertise to have your prescription glasses expertly crafted.
