Returns and Exchanges Policy
We understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you expected, and we’re here to help. Please take a moment to review our returns and exchanges policy below:
You are welcome to return an item if it doesn’t meet your needs. However, please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. For returns involving prescription lenses, additional details can be found below.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once you’ve received your order, you have 14 days to return it. All returned items must be in excellent condition, unworn, and in their original packaging, including all accessories. Please ensure that you use the box provided by Luxorra for returning your eyewear.
Returning Your Item:
When returning your item, please include a note inside the box with your full name, order number, contact details, and clear instructions for how you’d like us to handle your return. Missing information may delay the processing of your return.

For returns, please use a fully tracked service with appropriate insurance.
Return Recommendations by Region:
- United Kingdom: We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked service with insurance. Please note that we are not liable for any items lost or damaged during transit.
- United States: We suggest using Priority Mail International (6–10 Business Days) with postage starting at $30.90. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
- Australia: We recommend using Auspost International Standard delivery, with prices starting at $32.25. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
- Other Regions: For other areas, please use your local tracked postal service with appropriate insurance cover.
Fashion Eyewear is not responsible for items that go missing or are damaged while being returned. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns.
Bulk Orders:
If you are returning more than three frames, your order will be considered a bulk order. A £10 restocking fee per frame will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing:
We aim to process your refund as quickly as possible, and in all cases, within 14 business days after receiving and logging your return. Once your return is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation.
